Since becoming menopausal, this product has provided needed relief. Each application is effective for three days. I use the product at night before bed so there is less problem with leakage of the product. The following day I use a thin pantiliner to absorb any bit of excess. This method has worked for me with little effort and is worth the time for the relief I get. I have been using this product for two months. I noticed some reviewers complained of a cottage cheese type texture as a negative side effect. I noticed the same thing for approximately two first two weeks of use. Now two months later I have not noticed this side affect. My theory is perhaps the unpleasant texture was dry skin cells in the walls of the female area being expelled. Perhaps this product is doing what it's supposed to do which is replenish moisture loss. I plan to ask my gynecologist about this upon my next visit and ask her thoughts about this.

This has consistently been a great post-menopausal moisturizer. Initially, you may have to use it a few nights consecutively to truly address the dryness. I have been been using it successfully for years and now use once a week or every other as a kind of maintenance program, so to speak. In my experience there is very little discharge the next day so a thin panty liner works fine if needed.

This vaginal moisturizer is creamy, smooth, odorless, and relieves my dryness and itchiness for longer than 3 days at a time. . I use it every 5 days. I love the prefilled applicators . They are individually wrapped and easy to use. They are perfect for travel because I can keep them in my toiletry discreetly and there is no applicator to wash and store after use. They are a bit pricy , twice as much as the refillable kind, so I will probably keep a box of these in my travel case and use the refillable type for at home.

I have found replens really helpful for my vaginal dryness, recommended by my GP. unfortunately like others have mentioned the applicator is like some sort of torture. So I will not be using it as I am already struggling with vaginal dryness I don't want to use something that feels sharp and hard.

Two days after placing my order I received a message that my item was on the way. Two weeks later I received a message that my item was delayed. Now into the third week from the order date I was told my item was lost in transit. Since the date it was supposedly shipped there has never been anything showing on the tracking history. I'll never order anything from this company again. BUYER BEWARE!

Does not work for me. This actually dried me out AND left a white chunky residue in my hooha. Horrible. UGH!
