Excellent for temporary or long-term storage needs
I have a bunch of power converters that I keep in a box. I also have a bunch of terminated data cables (mostly USB, but monitor cords, etc., too). This is great to keep the wires rolled up without getting tangled! I was just looking for these the other day and it appears that I've misplaced them :'( They're about as good as twisty ties, but much faster to deploy and put away.

I like these so much I got another two packs of them. I did not want to use duct tape, and I got these because I am packing a lot of large totes for a cross country move. These make it so easy to seal them so the lids don't come off! And I won't have sticky residue all over the totes, and I won't pull break my fingernails trying to get duct tape off of them! I'm sure I'll find many more uses for these Velcro straps.

Better alternative to cable ties.
Much better then using cable ties and cheaper if you're like me and always adding or subtracting equipment that needs cable dressing. Makes cable management a breeze. Not to mention cheaper then Velcro and work's just as well.
