lGreat value and performance! I bought two of these iPads, one for myself and one for my girlfriend, and we both love them! The storage space is perfect for schoolwork and streaming movies. It also has Touch ID (instead of Face ID), which still makes unlocking quick and convenient.

The product was in stock at my local store but it cost $50 more to buy it in the store immediately than to have is shipped for same day delivery. So I had to wait 5 hours to get something I could have picked up when I was in the store, Doesn't make sense

this iPad is great for personal use. It's meant for more casual browsing like Facebook, YouTube ect. it's upports apps that you might not usually get in older versions. the spread and scream reaction time is fast. battery life will last about 5 hours at full brightness and several apps going at once. The multi app function is nice. The video quality is not as good as I expected but it is still good. If you need if you need an iPad for advanced work get the iPad pro.

I purchased it for my wife. She loves it. It's an upgrade from an iPad mini. It's larger not only in size but also in memory. I would recommend this seller considering this was my first purchase from this seller. I would definitely buy from this seller again.

Package never arrived, and I was not notified. The other items arrived that were shipped with the iPad, but the iPad was not delivered. This was the only way I found out. Walmart would only issue a refund. I didn’t want a refund because the iPad was a gift and it was on sale. Now I’m not able to get the iPad at the sale price that I originally purchased.

The description on Walmart’s website offered items not included in box. Took item to Walmart in Prattville AL and shared the website info with Customer Service staff and they confirmed that the items in the description were not included. Spoke with Alivia in electronics and she clearly was not in the mood to be bothered. She agreed the description stated the item was included but said “it made no sense.” Told her that was the added items was reason for the purchase. She referred me back to Customer Service for a refund.Her rudeness was a final straw for me. The purchase was an iPad and the items listed in the description were a keypad folio and the Apple pen. If the description was incorrect, Walmart should have stood behind their marketing.

I received my order and the very first second I knew there was no iPad! The box was extremely light. Open the box 3 min after delivery NO IPAD!!!! Do not purchase your item will be stolen! Basically Walmart use a third party delivery and they see the item and steal it. I open a box full of Christmas shirts. Pay the money and order from Amazon I order from Amazon and received item same day from Amazon delivery.

The delivery driver marked my order as delivered, but it was delivered to the wrong apartment. I was unable to locate the package or get in contact with the driver. I reported the issue to Walmart, and I was told to wait 48 hours for the billing department to contact me. It has now been 48 hours with no response. I reached back out to Walmart, but they were unable to assist and informed me that I need to wait an additional 48 hours for a possible refund. I am requesting prompt assistance in resolving this issue, as the delay has already exceeded the original timeframe provided.

Datavision Computer Video is a complete joke my iPad package was left outside in the streets and they had the audacity to say it was left in a safe place in the streets not even placed in the mail room or even a ring to my doorbell. Just like that my package was stolen and Datavision Computer Video won’t refund me or reship me out a replacement. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS 3RD PARTY SELLER

My Ipad got locked somehow after i landed in Europe, Apple requested receipt of purchase with names,device type,device serials number number be careful buying from Walmart,they cant provide you the following receipt spent hours on the phone with customer service stating they dont have access to device serial numbers,if you end in my situation you bought a Apple device that's not yours,no proof of ownership dont buy from Walmart!
