20V MAX Lithium-Ion 22 in. Cordless Hedge Trimmer Kit (1.5 Ah)

Had ice and snow storm go through in late fall. Many small and medium size trees got bent over all winter long. Spring time the tops of those trees were at 3 to 6 feet off ground blocking all paths and trails with many small branches. The trimmer handled the tree top branches with ease and was far quicker and easier than using manual shears. It cut through thicker branches than I expected and the battery lasted longer than I expected for how long I was using it each time. With a strong recharged battery the cutter was efficient and made me content with my purchase of it.

I was looking for a new trimmer to replace the one I had that was no longer working. This one was much lighter in weight than the one I had. I am disabled and this one was much easier to use and allowed me to cut down the time by more than half of what it took me with my previous one. The only negative thing I found was this one did not come with a blade cover which I think would be a better safety precaution and made for easier storage.

Easy to use and light weight. It cut much better than expected. It can handle a 3/4 inch branch, but it does struggle at that size. If you want to cut 1/2 inch or less, then you should be fine. The 20V batter lasted longer in this item than it does in the weed eater or blower that also use same battery.

THIS PURCHASE WAS TO REPLACE THE ORIGINAL WHICH FAILED WITHIN THE FIRST YEAR. i PURCHASED THE WARRANT ORIGINALLY AND THEY SENT A GIFT CARD FOR LATER USE. THE WARRANT PEOPLE WE EXCELLENT NO HASSLE.

I bought this trimmer to replace an. older one just like it. My initial reaction is that it is not as powerful as my older one.

Very nice trimmer nice to handle and does a great job. I have a lot of hedges and bushes, Battery doesn't last for the whole job but battery charges very fast and your back to work.

This is a review only of the shipping, which left something to be desired. Walmart should have packed the Black and Decker package inside of another box. The Black and Decker box was pretty beat up in transit, and the the blade was warped. Why have a package shaped exactly like the tool as the only packaging?

Delivered box tore up and taped back together. Everything in the box was loose, no blade protector. Cut myself on sharp blade because of no protection. Parts weren't attached to tool. Just a mess. Returned

Great trimmer the one time I was able to use it. Even cutting and cuts a significant amount of time from hand trimming. Went to use a second time and the motor began smoking. Unfortunately it occurred after the return period. Roughly $90 per use is quite disappointing.

Walmart promised next day delivery if purchased immediately then a few hours later notified me of a 3 day delay…. I would have, should have purchased elsewhere
