For strong nails use 21st Century Gelatin capsules
Before I started using 21st Century Gelatin capsules, my nails split all the time. Drove me crazy. Then I tried 21st Century Gelatin capsules and they have made a big difference. In fact, now I have to cut my nails to keep them from getting too long. They hardly ever split now and I am very happy how they look. Thank you 21st Century!
