great sleep aid
My Dr wanted me to try Melatonin instead of a prescription. I take 21st Century Melatonin apx 30 mins before bedtime. I fall asleep quickly %26 wake up in the morning refreshed. No trouble. No feeling drugged when I wake up.

This melatonin work well, I do not like calcium carbonate added, but the melatonin is good.
