These lasted quite awhile. The ink had the colors muted a bit but was what I wanted for use in my junk journals. Did not have a problem loading and they held up really well. Would purchase again as the price is great and fast shipping. Thank you so much.

The shipping and arival time was not a problem, price is good. That being said, you get what you pay for. I received a sealed double ink cartridge package, with sealed cartridges inside. The installation was normal, and the black cartridge printed fine; the color cartridge was not. I got about ONE good full color print before I started to get those loe ink lines. (You know the ones where there is still enough to print, and it comes out streaky or faids as it prints, yet does not completely screw up the final printed product.) I have to print at least 2 to 3 times a week, and I NEED BOTH black and color cartridges. As of right now (March 12, 2026), I am unsure if I would recommend/buy this product. I may change my "yes" to a "no" depending on how this whole thing is resolved.

Worked for 5 black and white pages then quit. Went through the troubleshooting steps. Conclusion: the chip on the color cartridge is bad.

Received a totally different product from what I ordered. Thought I was getting Canon 245XL %26 246XL ink cartridges because advertised packaging looked like it. Received a different product. NOT HAPPY.

It shows empty after first-one-page print. The printer shows errors, even though the cartridge was installed correctly. The cartridge has the same numbers/specifications listed on the printer so it is supposed to be the correct cartridge for this printer.

These DO NOT work with my Canon printer. I don't know if Canon changed, or the ink cartridges we're reconfigured, but the off-brand cartridges DO NOT work. The printer doesn't recognize them. I'm going to look for a new, tank printer, because using name brand ink cartridges is cost-probitive. $65 for Canon, vs $30 for off brand. I do not recommend these unless you're computer savvy, and know how to adapt the cartridges.

I ordered this item and it said it worked with my Canon MX490 printer. I thought i was getting the coloword brand. Did not get that. Got a brand called NICE and does not work with my printer. So now i have to purchase another one that will work with my printer. Now I am out $28 dollars. I order a lot from Walmart and lately i am not getting the quality of products that I usually rely on. Will be curbing my purchases for a while.

I needed to replace my black. I installed the black cartridge and threw the old one away. The printer did not recognize the new cartridge. I tried to reinstall several times it will not work. It is the correct number and the same number as the old one. I am returning for a refund.

The ink cartridge is not good as it caused damage to my printer. It keeps saying "the printer is pending" with a code, that requires changing the cartridge though they are still full

Did not and would not work with my Canon TR4500 printer! No matter what I tried or how many times I hit OK it wouldn't clear error! Should've stuck with genuine Canon cartridges instead of trying to save a few $$$!
