This device is great for trimming grass and to chopping down brush. Light weight and easy to handle. The battery power makes it quiet (no gas engine) and no power cord to fight with, The batteries lasts about 20 minutes each and takes an hour to charge but I bought 2 of the weed eater so I have 4 batteries and 2 chargers. One of the suggested words for the review is idling lol, nope it doesn't idle.

This cordless string trimmer works great, it is very easy to install and handle. It only takes a few minutes to install. It also comes with two battery, so I do not have to worry about running out of power. Highly recommended!

I haven't been able to use this item due to missing hardware. The 2 machine screws needed to fasten the deflecter piece are missing. I don't know who to contact about this problem so it is just sitting on my work bench to remind me not to order this again

Typical Asian instruction sheet...bring out the magnifying glass to read it (honestly the print is extremely small) Figured out the --put it together process, but the instructions are very poor. Must hold the safety button in to pull the trigger, very awkward for a left hander and is fatiguing to squeeze for any length of time . With full power charge the motor bogs down. This machine is okay if you have a postage stamp yard and are just trimming a tiny bit of grass along the sidewalk, but for any real use it just doesn't get the job done. Lastly the guard is poorly designed with one tiny screw holding it on, and it flexes around every time you bump it up or down. This could be fixed with the extrusion process modification. Had it for one day and I am sending it back.

I can't get the item put together. The paper manual was not easy to follow. I can't put the darn thing together. I need a video to help me

What a worthless piece of equipment. Even for light duty work. i wouldn't recommend this to my enemy. will be returning. Missing pieces to start, tried to do without, not enough power to do anything with. The accessories where worthless, cheap and not worth the time. Don't waste your money and time.

The cable weed cutters quickly broke. I went through all of the ones that came with the kit and still did not get my yard edged. One of the broken cables hit my leg and bruised it through my pant leg. The blade attachments were also worthless. They wouldn't tighten down. And the battery ran out too quickly. Luckily I was able to return it

The item finally arrived and it is in SEVERAL pieces! There is no way I can put the item together! i WOULD LIKE TO RETURN THE TRIMMER!

Confusing assembly directions. Not all items shown were included in the box. Cheaply made. The "telescoping" shaft would not move.

Not what I ordered. I want the purple set There is nothing that will make whole as a satisfied customer except getting the purple set o ordered NOW!!!!!!
