the reason I gave it a five star is the moment I ordered it it was shipped arrived in my home in 4 days and everything was shipped properly and the batteries fit my outdoor trimmer and edger equipment, drills and saws Black %26 Decker and also my Chargers with that said it's up and running all my equipment is back up! thank you seller everything is as promised!

These batteries fit my B%26D trimmer perfectly and actually have more power than the original battery. Wish I would have gotten them sooner. Makes trimming faster.

take a good look and read what is including i did not know it come with only the 2 batteries and no charger. oh well I'm glad i still have the charger from my old batteries to charge them with.

I was disappointed one of them works fairly well doesn't hold the charge that long. The other one doesn't hold a charge at all and I can't figure out how to return it. It should be easier to do

Disturbingly poor service. Originally was supposed to take 10 days to arrive from the neighboring state but eventually took almost a month. No updates except when I tried to track it and the USPS kept giving erroneous updates that promised delivery but proved false time and again. When it finally arrived it does fit but poorly and has about as much run time as the original which had half the rating. The whole process was so disappointing it makes me question the wisdom of using Walmart for on line purchases. Avoid!

Sent the wrong battery it was 18v and i ordered 20v battery. when i called walmart they couldn't help with getting me the right battery. they just told me i would have to return the 18 v batteries to the store for a refund. No help at all to get me the right batteries that i had ordered!!!

These are lithium batteries that are forbidden in the US Postal system. Your lazy delivery driver did the easy way by putting the delivery into the Licking, MO post office instead of to the home address. Perhaps the package was deceptively marked to avoid the lithium notice. Apparently the post office forced a return to Walmart and Walmart refunded all but the local taxes. I had the gates open waiting for the delivery that never came! Why do your drivers get away with shoddy rural delivery practices?

Horrible seller. Did not deliver product. After communication they did nothing. On top of that did not refund money. Walmart needs to take them off of their platform as a seller. They are liars and thieves. Nonproductive but kept my money.

This is an after market product. It was not clear that this was not a Black and Decker battery. I will be more careful next time. Walmart should be more clear when selling off brand items which look almost identical to the REAL item.

I bought these batteries to replace the 20v, 2.0Ah batteries that came with my Black and Decker string trimmer. They caused the trimmer to overheat and smoke at the trigger switch. I'm afraid to try them again.
