a healthy regular supplement
because I am a bariatric patient I many time do not have enough fiber in my diet. with that being said constipation happens often and these pills keep with allowing me to go within 24hrs and I love it much better than the actual 3 ballerinas tea. I am now on Semaglutide and need that same help and it does the job!
