Love the ease of just pulling a battery from a charger and using it. No praying that you have batteries and what drawer you may have put them in. I saw no difference in the strength of the battery power in my flashlight and varying on the use (as with any product) it lasted no longer nor shorter battery life wise. Can't go wrong with rechargeable.
