This shelving unit is very nice. It is sturdy and easy to put together. All parts were included. The box was damaged, all the parts the were secured to the shelves.

Excellent and versatile heavy-duty shelving unit. Easy to assemble -- including unboxing, took maybe 20 minutes for one person. Very solid and sturdy when assembled. Appreciate that the unit included leveling feet and even the option to switch out for castors as we had done with another similar Hyper Tough shelving unit. We found info. in the description on where to get accessory parts such as castors. We're using these black Hyper Tough shelving units in a craft room, office, and even a family room. Great value, especially when you can catch a deal.

These shelving units are nice. Easy for one person to assemble, heavy duty, you choose the distance between shelves- at original assembly or at a later date if needs change and they look good. We have several- in garage and in the shop. We added casters on all units which is the way to go. The legs take a standard size caster stem. *got casters at the orange home improvement place for approx $30/set of 4

I bought this shelving unit for my son’s home. It was delivered promptly. I own several of these units myself, so I was happy to get one for him. However when he received it the top of the poles caps were cracked or broken. While the unit is still usable, I was surprised at the condition it was sent to his home. I will think twice about purchasing another one. It’s not a major thing but this is not to the standard of Walmart purchases of past.

The item arrived on time and I know my FedEx driver well so the condition of the box is in no way attributed to him. All four corners were rubbed to the point of being open; on one end, the flap was half open; the side of the box was dented to the point where one of the shelves was dented, as well; one of the top 'caps' is broken in half; and all of the protective plastic separators between the shelves were crushed...ALL OF THEM. Whatever happened to this box...I'm guessing it fell off the truck and was run over a couple of times before being put back into the truck...happened on the way to Walmart's distrubution center and it should have never been sold to me or anyone else. Is Walmart so desperate for money that they can't pull something so derelict from inventory? Or are they so in need of qualified workers that they can't train someone to ask "Do we need to sell this thing?" . I needed a shelving unit and my car isn't large enough to schlep it back to the store so I had to keep it but I should, most definitely, get some money back.

The four plugs for the top of the poles, they are busted. the box was damaged on the bottom.So I think that's what happened. I would like to know where I could replace them. Otherwise, everything was great.Thank you very much.

it was so beatten up and two of the 5 shelves are bent to the point i dont think theyll be able to even go on the unit because it wont line up. theyre aweful. i just wanted two new shelves and i have to repalce the entire unit.... seems like a hassel for both parties. wont sit flush.
