This little charcoal bag works great. I put it in a closet that had a bit of a smell and it took away the bad smell. It doesn't add any coverup smell, just removes the old musty smell. I also put it in a drawer that stunk for some reason and even did it there. If it is like other bags you just leave it in the sun to recharge. I have not had it long enough to try though. As good as any I've owned. Also the handy hole is perfect to hangs up for better results.

I've never used one of these odor eliminating bags before but I have to say I'm impressed. It's a simple compact design that could really fit anywhere. It also has a very convenient ring in the top which made it easy to hang up, out of sight, to do it's job. I put this little guy in my basement laundry room because it tends to be a bit damp and smelly in there. The first day or two I didn't really notice a difference but after the 3rd or 4th day I did! The weird damp smell was almost gone! I'm going to buy a few more of these and see how they hold up in bathroom closets and my sons room.

I love these bamboo charcoal bags. My husband was a smoker and they helped remove the odor from the room.

Put this in my car to see if it would help remove a faint smoker smell. It seems to have worked I don't smell it anymore

I've been trying to find an effective way to freshen up the interior of one of our cars. We have an older car with cloth seats that has been subjected to many spills over the years. As a Wal Mart Spark Reviewer, I saw this and decided to give it a try to see if it would help. I've tried lots of different auto fresheners, sprays and cleaners in the past, but no matter what, there's always “that smell” when we get in. This car doesn't get driven much right now, so I tucked it under the passenger seat and forgot about it for a week. I took the car out to run some errands yesterday, and I was really surprised! There definitely was a reduction to the pungent odor, so I think this little item really helped. I would probably get one or two additional bags to see if that reduces the odors even more. I really like the fact that it's all natural, chemical free, non-toxic, and safe for use around kids and pets. In addition to use in the car, I can definitely see myself buying a few more for other freshening uses in my home such as closets and storage.

Although there is not a lot of information given about this product, I found this product to work quite well. It absolutely does absorb odors and moisture surprisingly well. I placed the item, hung from a wire shelf by the grommet with a reusable cable-tie (not included), in a utility room, closet-area where I keep garbage cans. On occasion, it has become a bit smelly and damp. It has been a week and there is absolutely NO smell and/or moisture. Now I realize it has only been a week, but I am already impressed by its capabilities, especially since there was some food-type and smelly refuse items inside those garbage cans. I would've appreciated more info on this item but upon my own investigating, I found out some info from similar items. For instance; Do NOT allow this product near pets and/or children. The contents could be harmful to children or pets, if ingested. I also found out that if you allow the product to be in direct sunlight for 1+ hours per week, it rejuvenates itself to “like new” condition. I do not know how long it actually lasts in total, but I will post an update when/if it is no longer doing it's job. I also learned these should NOT be placed inside furnace/central air vents due to particulates, although this seems to be made very well. I would highly suggest using these in basements, closets, drawers, automobiles, as well as anywhere there would be moisture. IE; bathrooms, utility rooms, garages and/or sheds, kitchen/bathroom cabinets, drawers, as-well-as, inside closets. It could be hung right from any coat hanger by it's handy grommet. I give this product two, enthusiastic thumbs-up. I will definitely be looking for more of these to use in the future.
