Im extremely sensitive to scents. Just cannot tolerate 99% of them , so I usually use fragrance free products to wash %26 clean the house. Tried this one day as a friend left it behind and I was out. Used just a little in case and I was surprised. Its not that strong and softens beautifully. Then I used fragrance free in the dryer to remove static etc. I think if you start with small amounts vs filling it all up with the softener, you may be surprised that you can tolerate it and have a subtle scent to your towels etc. Worse trying no ?

This fabric softener is a nice light scent. It keeps our clothes nice and soft. The big bottle is a great value for the money and lasts a long time. Some family members started to feel as though Downy was a little too heavy a scent. I took a chance on this particular scent, and it was a hit. Happy home, happy mom.

My towels and clothes alway seemed tk not be very soft. My water supply come from Lake Michigan, which is slightly hard water. Using Downey makes everything soft again.

I have very sensitive skin so have few choices even when it says for sensitive skin that does not work Downey is great smells good nice and soft when out of dryer and my skin has no problems using it 5*****

I know this is going to sound a bit bizarre but I am used other fabric softener scents from Downy but this one to buy far makes my towels nice, fluffy and plush. The scent lingers all over my house!!

I didn't even know this existed. I've been using the Cool Cotton Rinse, but I was missing an actual fabric softener. I was happy to find the same scent I've been using for the past couple years now. I've been trying a few different products recently, but I just want to stay with what I've been using. This smells SO good! I'm so happy I found this, grew up on Downy, so I know it's awesome!

Iam a retired Walmart associate. The only issue with my downy is that the bottle was that the bottle was box cut and leaking out. My delivery driver did show it and she took pictures. She was very good at her job.

For more years than I can recall Inhave loved Downy. Lately I just don’t feel the softness nor smell the great scent on my sheets or towels. I just did a med load and Poured twice as much as I usually do. Took them out and not one hint of that Downy that neighbors always commented on. Just wondering if the company had changed the formula. I have also cleaned my machine with Tide cleaner and also the other product. My bldg maintenance guy opened the machine and checked for a lost sock or some item stealing my downy smell. Nothing was found . I miss having my clothes get compliments. Any one out there have any helpful suggestions? TIA
