Nice apricot flavor and good price. Like the jar it is in and intend to reuse it as a vase. It is closer to a jelly than what I would think of as preserves. That said, it is perfect for my wants-to sweeten/flavor up my toast at breakfast time. It does that splendidly!
Truly, one of my favorite fruit preserves!!
Good preserves, and I'm picky! Not the best I've had, but in the top 3 for apricot preserves. Smuckers is still king in the apricot category.
First time buying apricot jam, was good. Liked the fact that I got a reusable mug or jar to use for my homemade jam!
Have 2 stars 🌟 🌟 , because one of the jar was broken, 😡. Others was good,👍 taste and texture great
The jar was opened and it was leaking out of the side a little bit, so I do not want to give that to my family, I wiped it off so you can’t see a lot of it because it was sticky, but I plan on bringing it back if I can and exchanging it, I have bought it before I never had a problem. This is the only thing I hate / love about picking up groceries. I’m very picky. I look at the dates that it expires and I would’ve noticed the jelly coming out of the side of the jar because it’s sticky so then you gotta come back up there exchange it sometimes it’s not worth it although I love it.
The handle was broken off and it wasn’t in the bag and jelly leaked on the other stuff. It had to broken when it was put in bag by the clerk that was filling the order I’m lucky I didn’t cut myself and I had to throw it away cause it might have glass in the jelly’s
this can't even pretend to be a preserve. it is jelly, period. not a speck or bit of fruit. blackburns used to be good, what happened???
This product was absolutely terrible. It does not even have the texture of a jam. It is like a paste. The taste was artificial. Will never purchase this product again and definitely will not recommend it. It absolutely ruined the recipe it was intended for. You need to pull it off your shelves and never order again. A big waste of my money especially when everything is so expensive now. Those of us on a strict income can’t afford these bad products- it waste our money.
I opened this jar brand new and there was mold on the top of the preserves. Obviously something went wrong in the canning process so I will not be purchasing from this company again.
