(3 pack) Coats & Clark Dual Duty Hand Quilting Thread- 250 yds, BLACK

I ordered $1.44 black thread and charged a different price it. $2.49 and the black and grey thread was supposed to be the same size and price.... $1.44 but I was charged $2.49 each

I am in the process of making a large English Paper Piecing quilt and this thread has proven to be a better choice than many of the other more expensive threads I've used in the past. It is thin, but very strong and the black color is a true black. I do use beeswax thread conditioner but even without it, the thread glides easily through the layers of fabric. There has been no fraying at the ends and no twisting or curling. I'm really glad I gave it a try and have already ordered more of the same in different colors.

Bought this to use on a black denim skirt. Excellent quality thread. Very tough and sturdy and a very large quantity for a fantastic price. Will definitely buy again.

I wanted a thread that didn't break real easy but was also thin and not too expensive. I'm pretty pleased with this thread and its a lot better than what I was previously using.

I recommend Coats Dual Duty Hand Quilting thread. The blend of cotton and polyester makes a strong thread but soft to the touch that will integrate into the fabric and not feel stiff. The black color 0002 is a staple for every sewing basket. Perfect for hand and machine sewing.

Usually like this brand. has been my go to for years. I purchased 3 spools for a hand made quilt and its junk.. not sure why this is happening, will try and return.
