Just what I needed
Needed some black thin elastic to finish the cuffs of a black chiffon blouse. This fit the bill perfectly just the right amount of stretch.( Dritz never disappoints) And that they had it at a local Walmart so I didn't have to drive 117 miles away to get it. Awesome!!

This elastic works great, and priced right.
I bought this elastic and a neat little tool that's too hard to describe, but the elastic hooks to it, and I run it through the belt loop on my old sweatpants. Where the elastic, has gone bad, and this stuff works fantastic. I'll be buying some more to do a few more pants. it's priced right and works great.
