Basically, I need to have these things with me at all times they are an absolute necessity and I highly recommend. They don't taste terrible and they work.

These fruit chews provide the extra help needed from a laxative without the cramping and upset stomach that a laxative can often cause. I can say from experience that they will do what needs to be done in a very gentle way. I have never had discomfort at all when using these. After taking them, for best results, always drink a full glass of water as directions say to do.

I usually buy the smaller pills but since they now have the chewable ones I'm gonna try them

Taste is good, but I have to eat more than 6 to see any results. I have good bowel movement, but this does not take effect in 30 minutes with just one.

Would give a zero if I could. Has a fresh date but there's no pleasant flavor %26 quite difficult to chew -- seems STALE -- and as you chew the horrible bitter taste develops. And what's even worse, can't get that taste out of your mouth, no matter what you do. Oh, and it didn't work as a laxative...
