I used to use proactiv for years. I needed something different that worked just as good but was cheaper on wallet. Found this and decided to try it. Almost 12 years later and I wouldn't change . I love this product and works great on my combination skin. No strong smell and doesn't feel greasy or dry out my skin. I cant praise it enough.

I normally do not leave reviews but felt compelled to do so for this product. There are a lot of negative reviews due to the product being used incorrectly and users not reading or following directions. This is a benzoyl peroxide acne treatment so it will bleach clothing and may irritate skin. As a medicated acne treatment, it's meant for oily, acne prone skin and it may dry or irritate other skin types. It should NEVER be used on or near delicate eye skin, and it's not a makeup removing cleanser. On already cleansed skin, should be applied only to cheeks, chin, jawline, forehead, and shoulders, back, and chest in the shower (if desired) and rinsed completely before using a towel. This is a great product that does what it's meant to do at an affordable price point and uses the same active ingredient as pricier name brand products. Highly recommend as it's very effective when used correctly.

Both my kids use this and they notice a definite difference when they don't. It helps keep their acne under control and works.possibly better than the name brand version.

I've been using the Equate Daily Acne Control Cleaner Benzoyl Peroxide and it helps me so much to clear breakouts without drying my skin out. Easy to use and actually works, so it's a staple for me now.

It is an okay acne wash. I was really hoping it would be a dupe for Neutrogena clear pore cleanser/mask. Sadly, it was not. But I still think it's a good wash for someone with more sensitive skin. It felt fairly gentle on my skin, not over drying, and didn't have a strong smell.

This acne cleanser helps reduce acne. It does tend to dry my skin a lot. So I have to make sure to use moisturizer to offset the dryness after each use of this product. The acne cleanser helps reduce acne breakouts.

I like this product. There are some pros %26 cons. I like that it works on my skin, not causing any further breakouts. I like that it leaves a light layer that continues working after you wash it off your face. I don't like that it bleaches my hair. Even with a bunch of hair clips I can't seem to escape my hair being bleached. I naturally have A LOT of hair, in one spot I noticed my hair thinning not too bad. I still use this product cautiously, it's good for my skin but not great for my hair. The highlights look cute but I don't want them, my hair is hard enough to manage as-is without added extra damage.

its the only thing that even approaches the Clean n Clear Continuous Control that was discontinued AND WAS THE ONLY THING THAT EVER KEPT MY OILY FACE UNDER CONTROL...no other producers even seem to care at all about those of us with a need to not have their oiliness creep up smack in the middle of the day. even super expensive brands only keep the oil down for about an hour, but this keeps it down for around 4. stupid Clean n Clear.

Buyer beware! I ordered FOUR 3 packs for a total of 12 of these. I but in bulk because the stores are always out or the product is locked up and getting Walmart employee to help you is a time wasting frustrating ordeal. So imagine my frustration when only seven bottles were delivered. And I'm not seeing any way to contact Walmart about this! What the actual $*ck? If you want Walmart to steal your money, go ahead and order the three packs. This will be my final dollar spent at this company

I have somewhat sensitive skin but usually am fine with cleansers like this. this burns my skin even when rinsed off immediately, causing redness, irritation, and pain. also caused an itchy rash on my neck after use as well.
