(3 pack) Equate Facial Cleanser Exfoliating Scrub with Deep Clarifying Ingredients, 5 oz

I can't tell that it exfoliates any better than my bar soap, and the ingredients (menthol?) leaves a mild, tingling/burning, sensation, even after towel drying. The squeeze tube allows plenty of control, and I'm able to use a thumbnail-sized dollop for my entire face. If you're looking for a replacement for bar soap, then this might be the right product for you, but, given that I can't see any difference on my skin, I won't bother buying it, again.

PRODUCT CHANGED FORMULA. NO LONGER BLUE COLOR DOESN'T CONTAIN SALICYLIC ACID PRODUCT IS NO LONGER COMPARIBLE TO THE NAME BRAND. ITS NOW BRIGHT WHITE AND CONTAINS LAXTIC ACID. NOT GOOD ENOUGH as you can see clearly in the pix the label clearly matches, I ordered online, it's the exact same product but different color and different consistency. it's no longer affective whatsoever. the menthol HURTS MY FACE it's like grandma peppermint. I hate it. I hate it. I hate it

They have changed the formula completely and this is no longer a dupe for what it says it is. The color , texture, scent, and ability to wash has changed. It dries my skin out and also breaks me out/burns. I wish they didn't attempt to fix what wasn't broken.

Like others, I've been using this a while. The last time I purchased it I honestly thought they'd sent me the wrong product. I returned it and bought the brand name equivalent, only to find out that formula was changed too. Stop changing the things that work!

I have used this product for years, and I loved everything about it. The exfoliating beads, and menthol scent left my face feeling tingly clean. It helped with acne, and I even started buying it for my teenage son as well. But this new formula is SOOO BAD!! The bottle is labeled exactly the same. At first I thought they just got rid of the dyes since the color changed from blue to white. And I was actually glad for that. But nope… the entire formula is different and it does NOT work!! It doesn't look, smell, feel, or work the same at all. Total waste of money. Walmart… PLEASE bring back the old formula!!! 😭

The product arrived open, with some leakage and hair around the top, which was disappointing. It's not a scrub, but more of a facial cleanser — gentle and soap-like in texture. It feels like a good starter step in a skincare routine, best used before layering on other products. I'll continue using it to see how it works with the rest of my routine.

I ordered 2 (3 packs) and you sent two items only. I ordered the items pictured and you sent me a different formula and only sent 2 out of the 6. I don't want these items. I only purchased because of what you have pictured. Kindly refund me my money.

I've loved this face wash for years—it's been a staple in my routine. However, the recent formula and packaging change caught me off guard. There's no indication on the bottle that anything has changed, yet it clearly feels and performs differently. Same UPC, no mention of a new formula… what gives? I'd really appreciate some transparency.

I have been using the old formula for years!!! and i recently found out they discontinued that formula %26 now changed it to this light yellow looking bottle which is not the same at all, this new formula has made me break out soooo bad %26 the texture is just sticky and doesn't feel like it fully cleans my face, unlike the older formula which left your face feeling fresh and clean after use. PLEASE BRING BACK OLD FORMULA!!!

Bring back the old formula! This new version totally sucks! It does NOT have the same scent, different texture (No exfoliator beads), no freshness tingle, no nothing. Obviously Equate is not a huge name brand, but I feel like this new version has more of a dollar store type of product. Get you the name brand stuff not this junk!
