these allergy pills work great for me it stops the drip down the back of my throat and making me cough all day and all night and i can breathe much better
Compare the benadryl and the off benadryl brand you can buy at walgreens or other stores. It is a great value. my fiancé uses it more than I do. I only end up using it occasionally because I have a prescribed allergy medicine. i sometimes take one pill to help me fall asleep. But I wouldn't suggest doing that often. i can't tell a difference between this and benadryl, and you can't beat the price.
This works just as good if not better then benadryl. I find that the price for the amount of pills you get is very good. Medicine is reliable, it helps decongest terrible allergies fast, clears out mucus and stops sneezing and allergy drawn headaches.
After Drixoral was out of US market (to Canada, price tripled or more) I found this allergy relief at another big drug store. I tried to use this because of it's low price. To my very surprise --it actually works. Under servere condition or high season such as in April I'd take 2 doses at a time --maximum 6 doses per day --still affordable. Of course it makes me drowsy. Non-drowsy drug can never stop my allergy. That chain store first raised the price slightly and now doesn't carry it. I was saved when I rediscovered it at Walmart with better priced twin packs. My wife totally agrred with me. We'll always maintain 1-year supply in hand.
I hesitate to recommend any kind of medication but this is the best allergy relief I have ever used and it has been a staple now for several years. It is not something I need every day but it sure comes in handy when there is an issue with this sea coast air that can stuff me up!!
Benedryl is a very costly form of Diphenhydramine which is the same medication in this Allergy relief product. Everyone should have this product in their medicine cabinet. This is the same medication that you find in any of the over the counter medications to help you sleep such as Tylenol PM, Advil PM, etc. etc. So if you are not in pain and just need to sleep this can be an effective alternative and you are only taking what you really need. Always check with your doctor before using any form of medication. The amount of savings is incredible and they have a good shelf life.
The review prompts asked about the taste so I'll let the cat out of the bag about that first. Don't let the pink colour fool you—it's no cotton candy as for the taste but I'm sure there's a good reason for that. The medicine itself though is the only OTC medicine I have to use. I have miserable allergies and I always have. Walmart has always had a very strong consideration for buyers when it comes to providing affordable pricing for otherwise outlandish product alternatives. I mean really — 18 dollars for 12 tablets at other retailers — and the other brands don't even come wrapped in gold. Not that Walmart wraps theirs in gold but they're practical in many things — the formulation of DPH in the States like every medication is exactly the same as name brands (no matter what my wife tells you) and I've always appreciated that about Walmart. Given some of the recent social media coverage this antihistamine has gained is a cause for concern so a while back when I'd spoken with their Pharmacist I was really impressed to learn that Walmart makes all the very valuable product information to include product warning literature as well as other safety resources for parents and other users which is immensely socially forward thinking and in a world where caveat emptor is eerily under represented, Walmart's stance on safer use will always be the reason I seek out Equate products before anything else.
Still depend on Benadryl tablets. Not for sinus issues but for allergies with changing seasons. Never does it fail I itch in back of my knees or my nose itches. Sounds silly but it's true. Not to mention bug bites cause havoc with my skin and Benadryl only takes 15 minutes and I am good to go. Cant stop in my old years neither ! So Benadryl is the one !
these are easy to swallow. and the quantity is a plus. it comes in handy in allergy season. i find the older i get the more allergies to food i get, so i keep them handy for itchy ears and throats when needed.
I have to take allergy pills daily, or I get stuffed up. These are the cheapest ones, and they work on all but the worst allergy days, and I've been taking them for years. You have to watch what you're getting, though, as they seem to sell this exact pill in different boxes/quantities for higher prices. I always paid $4 per box of 100, but now this double box is so much cheaper - I hope they keep selling it!
