This seems to work better than the IcyHot brand. This 16% is too burny for my skin (I prefer the 8%), but my husband really likes it for his neck and back. He even uses it for headaches on his forehead. I like the smell way better than IcyHot, AND when he uses it, the smell clears my sinuses (seriously).

I have been buying this product for a good 12 years. I have tried brand name and I have tried other stores product. This is the best of the best. I have chronic pain and this helps tremendously. I can't tell you how many roll-on bottles I have bought! Try it and you'll see.

A friend and her husband told us about this item and how well it works. She explained that it HAS to be the Equate brand. (Not icy hot!) I have chronic back pain, and the doctors have tried prescription meds and opioid pills, and nothing has worked.😭 I can honestly say that this has given my husband and I the most relief. I don't know what makes this one different, but this is the strongest pain relief cream I've ever used. It is super strong and lasts for hours. Others...I never really get any pain relief. This one is the BEST. You will feel the difference. Even though it has the same ingredients as the others, there is something different about it. I will never buy a different one. This one is the winner. And, it is a roll on and you don't have to get your hand messy which makes it even better.

This stuff is amazing. My work requires a lot of lifting some days more then others and it keeps my back relaxed so I don't pull something as we know this can come with age. It's super easy to apply and you don't have to worry about getting it all over your hands because it is a row on. You can put on too much and it will probably set you on fire. Just use it in moderation.

I usually use Biofreeze but it's so much more expensive so I tried this brand. It did help to relieve the pain in my wrist and hand but it was stickier and I felt a strong burning sensation on my skin. The smell was definitely a stronger menthol scent which wasn't a big deal to me since I'm home bound but wouldn't use it if I was going out. Think it's too strong for me personally but for the price, a decent purchase. Be careful if you have sensitive skin.

Easy to use roll on pain relief! It has made the difference between getting a good night sleep and not. I use with lidocaine and arnica and keep next to the bed incase I need to reapply. Just twist the cap off roll-on, then roll over and go back to bed! It's not a cure all but it definitely helps. Sweet Dreams!

The smell is very strong but doesn't penenetrate through as it should. when I use bio cream it starts working in minutes. i waited 30 minutes and reapplied. the strong smell makes it appear to be working but you might as well buy from the dollar store.
