A friend and her husband told us about this item and how well it works. She explained that it HAS to be the Equate brand. (Not icy hot!) I have chronic back pain, and the doctors have tried prescription meds and opioid pills, and nothing has worked.😭 I can honestly say that this has given my husband and I the most relief. We are on bottle 5 or 6. Very pleased!!!! We have turned 2 other friends on to it for pain as well. They agreed.

i have been using for years. Works wonders on my feet , especially when you're working long hours. Works better then the name brand version. The smell vamishes unlike the branded version. So the Best part is its Stronger , more effective %26 You dont have to smell bad all day.

This stuff is amazing. My work requires a lot of lifting some days more then others and it keeps my back relaxed so I don't pull something as we know this can come with age. It's super easy to apply and you don't have to worry about getting it all over your hands because it is a row on. You can put on too much and it will probably set you on fire. Just use it in moderation.

The review asked for a star-rating on taste, but honestly, I have never tasted this stuff and certainly never intend to do so. But it does smell very nice, This stuff rolls on easily and does the "cool heat" thing very well. It works nicely. I use it on the back of my neck when needed at night; it works exactly like it should.

Easy to use roll on pain relief! It has made the difference between getting a good night sleep and not. I use with lidocaine and arnica and keep next to the bed incase I need to reapply. Just twist the cap off roll-on, then roll over and go back to bed! It's not a cure all but it definitely helps. Sweet Dreams!

it didn't work for me I prefer sanar Arnica to roll-on a little more expensive but is way better trust me it is I didn't like this roll-on it does burn but it has alcohol on it I say pay more for sanar Arnica roll-on it smells like peppermint camphor with this one it does smells a little like alcohol not a big fan of that just put camphor and lavender or Arnica maybe aloe vera but not alcohol last time buying.

The smell is very strong but doesn't penenetrate through as it should. when I use bio cream it starts working in minutes. i waited 30 minutes and reapplied. the strong smell makes it appear to be working but you might as well buy from the dollar store.

Put this on both knees for pain. Felt good for 30 minutes then really started burning. The skin on both my knees is very red and painful. I showered it off and put Aquaphor on. Still burning. I was an idiot buying this just to save a few dollars from name brand price. In the trash it goes.

Firstly, I did not order this item. The shopper for online ordering selected it as an alternative for Icy Hot presumably based on its fraudulent label indicating similar action. Couldn't be more untrue. This is menthol extract in an alcohol solution which does provide a cooling sensation for those, say with a fever. (for which this product is not marketed.) For muscle aches and strains, one needs aforementioned heat; and there is *No Ingredient* in this product that will provide such an action. Thus, this product should be relabeled “Cold Only Inappropriate for Winter or Muscle Tension.” This way shoppers would know Not to substitute it for Icy Hot. For my muscle needs in a northern winter climate, product is useless.
