Due to this being a terrible allergy season, and a contributing medical condition, I suffer greatly from nasal congestion. I have tried numerous nose sprays, including prescription and otc. I always come back to this product as the most cost effective by far.

Equate nasal spray has always worked just as good as any other I've tried. It does its job well and helps provide relief when needed. Overall, it's a reliable and affordable option that I would continue to use.

This stuff is just as good as 4-Way at a much better price. Been using it for years. It used to be about ⅓ the price it is now, and it's still the least expensive 4-Way generic.

Cleared up my stuffy nose. I had a flu and could not breathe. Since I could not go out, I ordered for delivery from WM. GREAT stuff! Did exactly what it promised :)

I swear by this nasal spray. This is the best for any kind of nasal issue, allergies, draining, stuffiness. I keep a bottle of it in my purse and on my nightstand. I highly recommend this spray to help get you through a cold or allergy season.

this nasal spray is the best ever it works a lot better than regular nasal spray this four Way nasal spray is great for congestion swollen nasal membranes and it just works great I've been using it for a long time and I really am going to stick with us product it is the best of ever had and it is the great value for what you get I am very very satisfied

The product itself works pretty good but I gave it a lower star rating because they went and changed the style of bottle they use. The new design really SUCKS!!!!! It is hard to open and hard to use the pump sprayer. It only distributes a tiny bit of mist with each pump. Walmart really screwed up this time by making product harder to use. Plus they will not ship it to you anymore like they always did in my past purchases. I would not recommend!! I will be purchasing amazons brand from now on even though it is a little more expensive at least they will deliver it to me.

I have been buying this for a long time now and for some reason the applicator is not being made well and has scraped my nose, they taste formulation has changed because it's bitter and it's not really clearing out my nose. This information needs to get back to the manufacturer. I decided to try Amazon's brand.

Have used this effectively for a long time when needed and have always been rather satisfied with this product untill recently. Usually buy 2 or 3 at a time and this time one of the bottles was a totally different configuration, moreover, a totally different "operating" action. Usual bottle is approximately 2"x3"x1", holding 1oz of fluid. Just squeeze the sides and voila..... The "new bottle is a very small round bottle with hard sides that can't be squeezed. Instead there is a "towering" contraption on top of the bottle consisting of a complicated 2 finger push down lever just to get the cap off for which there are instructions on the box. However, NO instructions are included to actually apply fluid to the nose. Turns out the same 2 flippers on bottle need to be depressed several times in a row which is almost impossible to accomplish. When fluid finally appears it's in the form of drops and not a spray as it should be. The drops dribble out of nose and therefore wasted and ineffective. Furthermore, the box does not indicate that dispenser has changed.

4 items were in my order. Several days after the estimated delivery date 3 items were canceled. Some items even showed delivery status and (movement) updates. How can these items be out of stock? This is the 4th or 5th time this has happened with Walmart. Do not sell the item if it is out of stock.
