The capsules are pretty large, and the formula includes common nitric oxide–supporting ingredients that many fitness supplements use. I didn't notice dramatic changes, but there were some mild improvements in workout endurance and overall energy on certain days. I will continue use until my supply is finished before determining if I will purchase again.

never felt any different nothing improved and I had to take three at a time. if I notice improvement I'm sold. this had no meaningful effects for me. I would not purchase this product again.
