(3 pack) G Hughes Zero Sugar General Tso Marinade, 12 oz

I recently discovered General Tso's chicken (I know, where have I been all these years?) and loved it. I was a bit skeptical of this sauce when I first saw it since sugar-free sauces often taste bad or just "off." But this sauce is WONDERFUL! I don't miss the sugar AT ALL. Note, I buy it ONLY when Walmart is the seller; it went out of stock a few days ago, then I got a notification that it was back IN stock only to discover third-party sellers price-gouging, selling 1 bottle for close to $20. I REALLY wish Walmart wouldn't allow that. Luckily Walmart had it in stock themselves a day or two later, and I ordered 3 bottles, which will be delivered today. This has become one of the items in my kitchen that I never want to run out of, as I make Chinese food a LOT! I am going to try some other G Hughes sauces too.

Absolutely love it ....all the zing without all the sugar. And as a diabetic thats a plus. I used it on a Walmart rotisserie chicken cut to bite size...baked about 10 minutes/375° ...(chefs kiss) ...no breading...no extra sugar...no huge sugar spike without losing flavor. PERFECT!

GHughes gets 5stars for hid General Tsos Sauce. It's like the 3Bears...not too strong, not too weak...Just Right. I have bought the 5pound bottle of Minors Ready to Use General Tsos Sauce and other brands at other stores. But overall they didn't hit the right notes for us like GHughes recipe. I also add the Great Value Sugar Snap Pea Stir-Fry that includes sugar snap peas, broccoli, green beans, yellow squash, red peppers, carrots, yellow peppers, and water chestnuts to the sauce and we have it over rice. I use two bottles and there are no leftovers.

Great Product. We love the G Hughes sauces and marinades. Great flavors without all the sugar. This has a nice texture and is easy to use. A smidge more expensive than other products, and a slightly smaller bottle, but the taste and reduced sugar are worth it to us.

The sauce is good, but it is missing something. I can not say precisely what that is. It is the right amount of spice and goes well with the food I have tried. It does not affect my sugar levels, that is always a plus. To me, a five-star review means it can't be, or it would be tough to improve upon. If you have seen my reviews, you know five stars is a rare event. I do like this sauce, but I have to give it four stars. Still, four stars from me is a good review.

I only came across this brand recently and have been very impressed with all the flavors I have tried. I just wish they were sweetening with something other than sucralose ... but I can't argue with the taste. It is nice to find something sugar free that isn't twice the price of a regular brand.

In attempting to continue a low carb/keto life style i would definitely recommend for cooking. I am not sure i would use as a dipping sauce. Just my preference. We definitely enjoyed this for a nice twist on an asian dinner.

Pretty true to a restaurant General Tso sauce. Just enough heat, balanced with sweet. Not at all bad considering it is sugar free. Only my homemade GT keto version is better.

If I could return something for being the worst thing I've ever tasted I would, and might. I bought this because it's gluten free and my mother has celiac, and also is diabetic so win win I guess. I'm neither of those things, but if you happen to be both of them, save yourself the disappointment and don't buy this because she isn't going to eat it and neither am I.

This is not a good tasting sauce. it's bittersweet and not spicy either. I would find a homemade recipe if your looking for a low carb sauce. or try rays no sugar added sauces. This was horrible, and general tso is my favorite sauce usually. Stay away.
