I use these bowls for soups and I have an issue with a lot of paper bowls getting like soggy when you use them for soups and surprisingly even though these ones are cheap they held out better than some of the more expensive brands. Definitely recommend definitely well worth it for Chili's soups, salads you name it it's terrible and it's gonna hold not only for adults, but for children too.
Very nice bowls! Thick, pretty pattern, and has plates to match in 2 sizes! How wonderful is that! Great for everyday to save time and money from cleaning plates and bowls, just them throw away! Seeing Holidays are upon us, perfect addition to the kitchen to save time and hassle. Nice price, makes for a pretty table setting, no leaks, well made. Happy.
Nice size, convenient to have when on the go or for cereal. It Keeps oatmeal/ soup hot, but doesnt always need a second plate. The other day I used one to put water for my cat while I washed his dishes and left it with water for about 5 hours, she drank some water, played with it and didnt spill it, and the bowl didnt loose its integrity either.
I was very impressed with these bowls. Naturally, if you’re gonna leave hot liquid in them for a long period of time eventually, I’m sure they would fail. However, I had ice cream, chopped up, wet, onions, that I had in the refrigerator overnight, chopped up red peppers that I had in the refrigerator overnight, and a lot of other things and never, not one time have they failed on me. There was a little bit of sagging and a little bit of moisture absorption with the stuff overnight, but it was all still intact. The vegetables were all still wetand the bowl was still sturdy. I was kind of impressed to tell you the truth. They worked better and more dirty than some of the plastic bowls that I have bought.
For a disposable paper bowl, these hold up impressively well. They can handle far more weight and heat than expected, which makes them practical for heavier meals. Hot chili, soups, and other heavier dishes don’t seem to be a problem at all, and the bowl keeps its shape without softening or leaking. The strength shows and makes them feel far more reliable than standard paper options.
Great Value plates, Bowls, and many other products are very durable, and my go to products because they with stand the uses no matter what it is. I purchase Great Value products over the name brands because they’re durable and served the same purposes. I use Great Value for less money, and I am happy with Great Value products for less money. Try them for yourself and you’ll see nothing different in using products. GV products are durable, don’t leak. I buy GV BRANDS always, and satisfied. Thank Great Value!
Man, listen—if you tired of lookin' at a sink full of crusty dishes after a long day, these Great Value 20 oz paper bowls are the real MVP. You get 50 of 'em in a pack, so you already know you set for the week, the cookout, or whenever the grandkids come over acting wild. First off, these ain't those tiny little snack bowls. That 20 oz size is legit—it’s deep enough to hold a serious serving of cereal, a heavy scoop of banana pudding, or a big ol' bowl of chili without everything sloshing over the sides. They got that sturdy build, too. You can load 'em up with some heavy mac and cheese or some hot soup, and they don't get all soggy and fold up on you like a piece of wet tissue paper. The best part is that "one and done" lifestyle. When you finished eatin', you just toss it and keep it movin'. No scrubbin', no soakin', and no standin' over the sink for thirty minutes. They look clean and simple on the table, and they get the job done right every single time. For the price, the value is absolutely crazy. If you tryin' to keep your kitchen game efficient and your life stress-free, go 'head and grab a pack. It’s a 10 out of 10 for the daily hustle, for real!
These bowls are good. Only downside is that you can’t put anything too hot in them. They’re sturdy enough for wet food like cereal or cold food but if your cooking and take something straight out your pot and put it in one of these bowls, it may tear.
These are legit the all time worst bowls I have ever bought in my life. I’ve ordered these in the past so I’m thinking they are now making them cheaper. They are flimsy and you need two bowls every time you eat anything unless it’s light like popcorn or snacks. Definitely not worth the money! Honestly not even sure where the 5 star reviews came from! It’s a zero star product! And the plates with the same design, also…terrible!
Got these GV brand bowls because the Dixie brand bowls were out of stock. Big mistake. Bowls are very flimsy. Not sturdy at all. These GV brand bowls fold/bend under any food weight causing food spills if not properly held and supported by two hands. Compared to the same size comparable Dixie brand bowls, these GV bowls cannot hold the same volume of food. Not worth the savings over the Dixie brand equivalent products. Zero stars - do not recommend.
