(3 pack) Great Value Stuffed Pimento Jumbo Queen Olives, 7 oz Jar

OK, so what's so special about these? Everything. Huge-sized olives look great on an appetizer platter and taste unusually good as a snack. Something about that big chunk of lusciousness melting into your mouth as you bite into it is a wow. They may look pricey for olives -- but then, these aren't just ordinary olives. They're very well priced for something so special. Try them. I'll bet you won't ever be without them on your pantry shelves again. Great for helping the hordes hold on until dinner when the cooking is running late! They'll be surprised how good these are, and so will you.

This survey asked if these olives were good as a snack. Not really, they are very high in sodium! I do usually soak them in cold water for 15 minutes at a time (times 3 with fresh water each time) to leach out some of the sodium and toss them into a salad. They add good flavor to the salad and along with sliced sundried tomatoes packed in oil, the lettuce, tomato, cucumber salad that was ordinary is elevated to a higher level of flavor. Oh yes, and you could add a few artichoke hearts while your are at it!

Great tasting olives, not those weird tasting odd brand olives! They are good right out of the jar, but even better chopped and mixed in cream cheese for a super delicious sandwich, OH MY! love the Jumbo Queen, they are a tasty wonderful bite of deliciousness!!!

Bought the brand name product at nearly double the price because store was out of the Great Value. The GV blows the name brand out of the water in terms of taste, quuality and value. If you ever need stuffef olives, these are the way to go!!

My husband loves these olives. He is a huge olive fan, but these are his favorite. The only thing he would chabge about them is he wishes they came in bigger jars. lol.

The olives were stuffed with pimentos that still had the tough skin on. Never in my 77 years have I ever encountered such a cheap uncaring processing shortcut. The pimentos are supposed to be sweet and creamy texture. These are sharp chewy skinned stufings that simply ruin the jumvbo stuffed olive experience. My wiffe had to run to Publix to buy more so our Thankgiving dinner would not be ruined by appitisers. You know everyone eats these olives by the handful. Well, the Publix ones but not these from Walmart. Comeon Walmart. Par boil and remove the hard skin.What we got was cheap processing not econical processing.

I order stuff for amount of jumbo queen olives and they're only regular size just not very big at all and for the price they weren't worth it cause you don't get as many when you get regular size so not happy with it. Pimento is made from pimento peppers. It is supposed to be purred and formed into strips then stuffed into the olives. The pimentos in this jar of olives were strips of the peppers with the peel left on and then stuffed into the olives. I have had a jar of stuffed olives made like this. They tasted awful.

Watch out. Two of the olives still had a pit. There should be a warning on the front label instead of a tiny little sentence on the back. I guess Walmart believes that this warning eliminates them from lawsuits.
