Pros: I have tried many different brands as this is my favorite! BEST FLAVOR!!! Cons: The closest Walmart from where I live is 50 miles, the next is another 10 miles, and neither on caries this product. The nearest Walmat from where I live that carries them is over 75 miles. I used to be able to have the seeds shipped, and now no matter what I try, I can no longer purchase online, and have them shipped. I have purchased and driven 75 miles for pick-up, only to arrive they were not in stock and would I like to substitute. Not sure why they are becoming so difficult to find?

These have no partial shells like some other affordable brands do, no dust, and haven't found any of those ones that are "off". Some brands are way too salty for me, we train and change our taste buds, so these are just right on salt without trying to hook another craving junkie with the hyper palatable mix of oil, salt, and sugars most products now have that is absolutely found in the snack isle! Some of these are roasted more than other seeds in package but taste the same all mixed up anyway, and not overly roasted which robs the oils.

These are so delicious, perfect snack for me and great as an add in for everything from salads to soup garnish. I think they'd be wonderful in place of pine nuts for a homemade reggiano basil pesto. And they're nutritious and a source of healthy fat/oils. Fresh, too.

I like these sunflower seeds because they're tiny and I mix up pumpkin seeds with these sunflower seeds and salted roasted pine nuts you can leave the sunflower seeds out but just make a good thing in a salad or just a shake in your hand to have something on hand when you're hungry and it's good for you

A bit oily, but overall fantastic and versatile. Can be used as a snack or a topping. The reusable bag is appreciated as you may not want to use very much at a time. The flavor is very nice and still light despite the oil. The simple ingredients is also appreciated as there are no artificial or synthetic or preservative ingredients. It being a store brand definitely brings competition to major brands. I also really am glad to find these as I don't had to deal with the ridiculous amount of shells from the seeds themselves!

The Great Value sunflower seeds are a staple for us. We use them on salads, homemade breads and muffins and they're amazing crushed up with some rosemary, sage and onion powder, used as a coating for chicken. They're always fresh and you can't beat the price.

These sunflower kernals are the best! Yes, bit smaller side but roasted to light golden an light crunch! Good price for near 2,000 kernals as I did the math...1,800 but got more! Not do that again but just for review, lol. Those of you that complained about the double size blue bag kernals being •greyish. Thats because the sunflower was premature to picking kernals and can't roast golden an may taste off. I thought about that more for my $ but this yellow bag with less ounces is primo choice! Tasty and very healthy vitamin E, etc.. benefits from heart, skin %26 hair(growth on head)immune energy and more! Just research and find this snack or food topping to see for yourself! My first time buying GV. Save $ on goodness! I MUST MENTION IN PHOTO •LOWER CALORIE THAN MOST(AND THE BLUE BAG)BECAUSE PURE, ONLY SUNFLOWER OIL IS USED. OTHERS MIX OILS AND COUPLE USED NOT SO HEALTHY THAT'S WHY GREASY FEEL AS THIS BAG DOESN'T. SUNFLOWER OIL IS RIGHT UP THERE WITH OLIVE AS TRUE BENEFIT!

I ordered the 3pack of sunflower seeds but instead I got 2 sunflower seed packets and a bag of salad topper's. Not what I ordered the seeds are great.

These sunflower seeds had a smell and bad taste to them from when we first opened the bag. the bad taste is old or rancid oil that is used in the processing of the sunflower seeds. The expiration date is 5 months away (May, 2026) - and I tried to used them in other dishes like oatmeal, etc. but it makes everything test bad...
