My nutritionist recommended these because they’re high in magnesium. I love the taste and saltiness. Great price for a great product. Also great for meal prepping snack wise for the week. Add some cheese and fruit and it’s perfect!

Who knew pumpkin seeds were called Pepitas? I didn't until I found these. Pumpkin seeds in their shells are irritatingly difficult to shell and eat. I researched if it was ok to eat the shells, I went down a rabbit hole and came out on the other end learning that Pepitas are pumpkin seed kernels. I love them. They are easy to eat and low in carbs. I definitely recommend.

We've thrown away all the bottles of otc tummy meds. Pepitas promote good gut bacteria for good digestion %26 steady energy. No more tummy troubles for our family. This is a must in our house for a quick healthy snack. For such a tiny seed, it's packed with huge huge benefits.

I roasted the seeds from my jack-o-lantern this year and they were Soooo good. I wanted more but without the hassle of the shell. THESE ARE GREAT!!! they are a wonderful snack and have a good amount of protein, iron, calcium and potassium, I got mine salted so they do have sodium but I think there was some offered that were unsalted too. These are a wonderful little handful of goodness that you can eat right out of your hand or possibly sprinkle over another food for a little crunch! I have thought about them over a baked potato but haven't done that yet, or cottage cheese, yogurt, even a green salad. they have a rich nutty flavor even better than sunflower seeds!

I buy GREAT VALUE brand quite often. I have to fit things into my budget and this brand is quite good.It allows me to eat well but stay on budget. I can find a good variety of items in this brand. These nuts are delicious. I love the crunch in my treats! I make my own trail mix and this always makes it much faster and with a good variety of good nuts. All I do is add a variety Of dried fruit. Good fats and a handy protein for vacationing and car trips.

This is one of my favorite snacks. I see now that some fancy health-food brands put TWO ounces of pumpkin seeds just like this in a bag and sell them for nearly double the price I paid for EIGHT ounces of these. I do believe part of it is how hard these were to find when I was online shopping for grocery delivery: they didn't come up when I searched pumpkin seeds. I found out via research pepitas is what they're sold as for some brands/places. These taste just as good as the pricey brands and are a great snack. They're kind of like a giant sunflower seed (the soft part inside of the hull) which I also love. The saltiness is perfect and these are addicting. I love that I get some protein with these too.

I tell everyone that Walmart’s Great Value Pepitas are THE best pepitas to buy. Perfectly (lightly) salted. Consistent quality. Easy to eat out of the resealable bag. Add to soups, salads. Great price.

I enjoy having pepitas in my homemade trail mix, but I’ve had difficulty finding a brand that doesn’t have a bit of a stale taste. I tried again with Walmart’s Great Value brand, with fingers crossed. I was pleased that they tasted fresh and were a great addition to the trail mix. I’ll be making this my regular brand.

These are good and you have no work on getting the shell off of the pumpkin seed. They are good for snacking or in a salad, I'm sure much more but those are the two main ways we eat them.

BUG!! Some sort of beetle was found in my bag 🤢🤢 Please who can I contact about this?? What if there is more? What if I had eaten it? I am halfway through the bag at this point 😭 Please HELP
