Delivery mistake
The product is excellent. However, I ordered 4 of these, but only three were delivered, along with an unrequested box of edible glitter gel. I still need another box of the writing icing.

A waste of time having these people to shop!!
I didn't order this I ordered food coloring and didn't receive it!! Ridiculously frustrating to have these lazy staff to find the right product that you ordered and give you something you didn't ask for!!

Getting it too late
I ordered it. You apparently don't have it and I have to wait three days. I needed it today for my daughter's birthday. I do not want it in three days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Icing was runny and writing smeared.
I was very disappointed in this icing. Even after massaging the tube to mix it up, it came out runny, smearing my writing into something that was unreadable. I won't be purchasing this item again.
