These tray, easy heat up meals, are a great option for both my truck driver husband and my elderly mother. The meals have good texture and flavor, best when you find out what flavors you like and continue to purchase those. Again great meal option for anyone!

I like chicken and dumpling items, chicken and pasta. I like that kind of stuff chicken Alfredo, especially Marie Callender‘s but this one's OK it's good that I could hide it anywhere in the cabinet or in the closet. I don't have to put it in the fridge or the freezer cause I like to buy other things to put in the freezer. I'll cut down as soon as I learn how to stand better in my fake legs and not tip over because that's why you don't do it because one time like 67 months back, I tipped sideways and fell into the wall, and I was boiling an egg which I wanted to try staining up and doing it to see if I can make scrambled eggs one day, but no way I'll sit in my chair in front of the stove and I can make boiled eggs

I'm actually really impressed with these HORMEL COMPLEATS Dumplings %26 Chicken. It's hard to find a shelf-stable meal that doesn't taste overly processed, but the gravy is savory and the dumplings have a nice, soft texture. It only takes a minute in the microwave, making it a total lifesaver for those busy workdays when I don't have time for a full lunch break. Definitely a handy staple to keep in the desk drawer or pantry!

I love these complete meals. There's a quick and easy way, but I don't feel like cooking. You know cooking noise involves washing dishes and cleaning up the colors and all that and some days I'm just so tired. I've been doing other things and I feel like cooking meal at least you know they don't take up much room in my cabinet and one minute. You can't be the meal for one minute. You know put it in the microwave. It really works for one minute so try it. Chicken dumplings are pretty good. you know little tiny dumplings right for me and I hope you do give it a try. They've got all kinds of varieties chicken and dumplings and the turkey and dressing are my favorite but they're all good.

It is shelf stable which means many preservatives. In person, tastes better than it looks. Contains protein, carbs/sugar, sodium, soy and wheat. Compact and easy to store. No prep needed, ready in less than 2 minutes. Portion size is small for 1 person. Very economical.

I enjoy most of the hor mel compleat meal s. the chicken dumplings are my least favorite. they definitely need salt and pepper. I am having a bowl tonight with some garlic and parmasion wings from the local pizza place. the dumplings are rather small. I can eat them though. would just rather have another variety.

If you're on a tight budget or don't have a lot of time at work for lunch, that is what these dinners are for. This one was a white meal and had no taste whatsoever. Thought I'd try these since they were shelf stable. That's the only good reason to buy these. Maybe add some seasoning to help it along?

There's a reason it's called "dumplings and chicken" instead of the usual "chicken and dumplings". ONE HALF INCH CUBE OF CHICKEN IN THE WHOLE BOWL!! It was literally 95% dumplings and gravy. DO NOT BUY!!

This is 97% doughy chewy dumplings, and 3% gravy with a couple pieces of chicken buried in the gravy. Taste is tolerable, I do not recommend this dinner.. they make others that are so much better!! In the pics there are 2 bits of chicken …
