It is super light and yet it holds a lot of weight (granted you have to make sure that you correctly place it into a stud to be able to hold more weight). It's pretty easy to install if you know your way around power tools. The color makes it look sleek and can blend in with decor . especially love that you can flip it up. If it's not in use, but it's great if you wanna hang like a really heavy book bag or groceries OR in your garage or shed to hang up have your items such as power tools or even to help organize, long, power cords .

You can use it for a variety of things, it's very versatile. super easy to assemble, just have to open it and hang it up. i didn't notice anything unsafe abt it either
