By using 2 boxes of mix, you end up with plenty of the cake. Going by the box directions, be sure to double up on your ingredients, When using 2 boxes, I cooked the cobbler in a 9 inch square baking dish. It turns out perfect every time.

I was afraid of what this would do once I baked it. The dry mixture looks like it has course sand in it. I followed directions and it came out fine. I'm going to have to buy it again just to be sure it's supposed to look that way.

This was too sweet and very disappointing, I bought 3, so I am going to try to add a few tablespoons of it to my homemade cobbler topping recipe rather than to just throw it away. Perhaps it will be salvageable.
