"JIFFY" Corn Muffin Mix, 8.5 oz Box

I am a BIG FAN of everything Jiffy makes. I've had all of them. Never been disappointed. This cornbread muffin mix is my favorite because I always have blueberries that I add into the batter (add the blueberries at the last minute so they don't turn your batter 'gray'), AND I only make BIG muffins. YES, BLUEBERRIES IN CORNBREAD!!! One box will make 4 big "real nice size" muffins. Right out of the oven.....Throw on some butter and alittle maple syrup and you got a meal!! Serious. You just can't beat jiffy. Always reliable, been around for YEARS, and always a great price. If you are single, Jiffy mixes are something you just need to keep around in the pantry!!! Its like an automatic thing you gotta have! You can do this!!...they make it real easy for you to MAKE IT YOURSELF.

I’ve always loved the corn mix and I know prices are going up. It’s just a little high sometimes to pay way over $1.79 for one little cornbread especially when you’re on a fixed income and get no help like I am but I do love your product And at 72. I have to pinch pennies.

I’ve made cornbread many different ways but this little box of cornbread mix is amazing! It takes five minutes to mix. Add an egg mix then add 1/3 cup of milk or water to the mix and stir… it doesn’t matter. Now let it sit while your oven heats up. It doesn’t matter what you cook it in… a muffin pan, a baking dish or cake or pie pan, an iron skillet, whatever you prefer. I use a greased iron skillet to bake the mix so I put the iron skillet in the oven while it is heating. I use a small amount of extra oil but as long as the skillet is greased and hot that’s all you need for the bottom of the cornbread to get nice and crunchy. It doesn’t get any easier than that!

This is a great corn muffin mix. Is very affordable and always goes on sale. You use minimal ingredients and is simple to bake. The texture and taste are good for its price. You can also make it as a cake of muffin shape.

Good ole reliable. I do add a little fat (sour cream, oil, or melted butter) for more moistness %26 less crumbly. Im 60 something and my dad would make these for breakfast when I was a child. Now make them with my toddler grandson, he loves it! Making memories!

we love this cornbread! I've been cooking it as a side to our meals ,even on holidays for 55 years. My mother recommended it to me and I've used it ever since sometime mix honey with the butter to serve with the cornbread. Its just enough and so easy. I recommend. thanks walmart for still having Jiffy cornbread. I wish they still had the white or yellow cake mix for desert recipes from the 60's 🥰

I am not a baker. However, jiffy corn muffin mix gives me the opportunity to think I am. I put different kinds foods into the batter. I have used chocolate chips with coconut flakes; peanut butter chips; raisins; walnuts, etc. There are so many possibilities

Come on it’s Jiffy cornbread you cannot go wrong this is definitely a household must or quick fix cookie. Everybody loves cornbread with a meal, especially on holidays. You can add this to stuffing and you can add this to pancake mix. We can make pancake cakes out of this corn muffins if you want.

I've never baked this myself in my kitchen. I HAVE, however, enjoyed this brand at barbeques and other get-togethers. I'm always told it is Jiffy Brand Corn Muffin Mix; so, I bought some. I'm looking forward to having a batch all to myself! Mine, mine, MINE!!!

I have purchased Jiffy cornbread mix for years and been very satisfied. However, the last few boxes I have purchased have been terrible! Didn’t rise properly and was absolutely tasteless. I WILL NOT BE PURCHASING THIS PRODUCT AGAIN! I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING THE CORNBREAD MIX!!!😩
