Well...I had supposedly removed that item on that grocery list. And for some reason, it was put back on. I had edited it from my shopping list because I had decided to wait to do a fish fry. Was surprised... and there were two of them.

The seasoning combination was delicious. Spiciness,corn meal well balanced. Not too salty. Used it on cod fillets, and it covered 8 pieces. Definitely will be ordering again.

I love fried fish, and there is nothing better than a good seafood coating mix like Louisiana Fish Fry! We buy this all the time because we love fried fish!

I made Halibut Fillets and Catfish Fillets using this recipe because it's not too bready but light and seasoned just right. It was a Convenience to have and I bought two.

This fish seasoning is so easy to use. The flavor is great without adding any extra spices. Although it maybe a little too much sodium if you are on a low sodium diet; the flavor is still good. I have at times mixed half the unseason package with the season to reduce the sodium. I have even used it with my air fryer and my fish still comes out crispy and golden brown without all the grease. I will definitely purchase again.

I really enjoyed using this fish fry. Its easy to use. No additional seasonings need. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is it is a bit salty, just a tad. But still edible. I even get notes of lemon coming threw in the seasoning. It fries very cripsy. I would purchase again.

If you prefer a little heat to your fish, this coating is perfect. I loved it, but the rest of my family did not. I am not a fan of super-hot foods, but this was the perfect amount of heat for my taste.

EXTREMELY SALTY. I DIDN'T ADD ANYTHING AT ALL TO THE BATTER OR FISH AND THE 1ST BITE ALMOST WANTED TO SPIT IT OUT. DO NOT USE THIS WITHOUT ADDING MORE MEAL TO DILUTE IT.
