I'm a Louisiana girl born and raised. Granted I now live in TX. Tony's seasoning puts the Louisiana flavor back in my foods that I miss when I'm in Louisiana. Tony's seasoning puts the Louisiana flavors back and It has just enough of all the spices so that it's not too heavy. There is also a highly spiced one and a low salt one for those who don't do too much salt and for those who like lots of pepper. 🧑🏽🍳❤️🧑🏽🍳❤️🧑🏽🍳❤️

I use this to prep most of my proteins, from chicken to pork, and even fish. A light coating goes a long way, especially for various fish and seafood dishes. I use a little heavier coating for chicken and pork, letting them marinate for a few hours in the fridge before bringing to room temperature and cooking them. I love this stuff!

Perk up your eggs - meat and fish
I sprinkle very lightly - just a touch on eggs. Also add the Aglio Olio Trader Joes spice Perk up breakfast. Just recently purchased this item and want friends to try so bought a few to distribute to my buddies...Hope they enjoy this tol.

Add a lil kick to everything with this seasoning
I use Tony Chachere's to spice up my dishes. I use it to add that kick some dishes need. We love using it over our popcorn and roasted corn as well. This is a great topping to so many other meals and snacks when you want that spicy taste.

Love Tony Chachere's Cajun seasoning on food. Especially on potatoes. Really has a good taste and is not too spicy. It gives your food a better flavor and is more appealing to the taste buds. Love it!

The Mac daddy
I use this on everything. It's been my favorite for many years. A little goes a long way. And it's not too salty either, but it's still very flavorful.

Quality is bad. Creole flavor is gone.
Quality has changed for worse. Terrible taste now. Far too salty! Salt taste overpowers the creole flavor. Packaging quality has also deteriorated. The container dropped to the floor and the red sifter device broke. I was able to repackage the seasoning into an empty jar. WILL NOT BUY AGAIN.
