I love the look and feel of this cup. it keeps my coffee warm and is easy to drink out of I love the volume of the cup also because I use a lot of milk in my coffee

Great Cups. Delivery missed me the first attempt. I don't know how because I was napping on the front porch time they came. Maybe they thought I was dead.

I bought the red color, which is beautiful. This is a huge mug and it keeps my coffee very hot. I have also used it for soup and for cereal. It's very versatile.

Bought these mugs to use outside. Dislike plastic type mugs and thought these would work. They weren't any more expensive than the plastic ones and was pleased with the size. My first thought on the plastic ones is that they wouldn't get broken. Even though there is a possibility these may accidentally break, considering the price I wasn't too worried. Even though they are kind of "plain Jane" they are great. Even holding them with the handle is more comfortable than my more expensive ones.

This is the perfect mug. Just right size for morning tea (16 oz) with a sturdy large handle. It's heavier than i expected and should last a long time. Color is a very pleasing gray. I will probably order another one, because the perfect mug is hard to fine.

I like the color. They are nice big, sturdy coffee mugs. There were small chips of the bottom of a couple of them, but nothing that will affect the performance. At that price, I don't care. They are dishwasher and microwave safe, but they do get very hot in the microwave. That is a known flaw that is even printed on the bottom of the cup. You can't beat the price! The packaging was a little ridiculous. I couldn't get my picture to upload. I ordered 12 all together. Eight of the set of 10 came in a huge box with a giant amount of packaging, two more came in a small box alone, and two more came in a medium, but still too large sized box with a few other small items I ordered.

The product would have been just fine. However, each of the three cups was in a thin plastic bag, crammed into a small shipping box with no packing material whatsoever. Two of the cups were shattered, and the third somehow arrived only chipped. I will be returning these to a local walmart store.

Well The cups looked like they were good quality I already told my story when I got my refund at service center Here it is again The box was delivered on time I'm sure the Fedx guy laughed when he delivered it I picked up my package %26 it rattled like a bunch of broken pieces I opened it the cups were in many many pieces Who ever packed them should be FIRED They were just put in the box no packing TWO CUPS DID HAVE A PLASTIC BAG ON THEM THE OTHER TWO WERE JUST IN THE BOX They were what I wanted but no way was I reordering Not going through that again so that is my story I did take a picture incase there was a problem but at least the service was excellent for returning my broken cups

I rated the item low due to shipping issues. This item is best purchased in-store. Whomever is preparing the item for shipping isn't using bubble wrap and air pillows to prevent the item from breaking. Don't order if the item has to be shipped to you.

I have ordered two of these coffee mugs in the same color %26 it did not arrive yesterday. As well, as my order was missing two bottles of dish soap. Plus, my order arrived with items that I did not purchase! So, I now have to go through the hassle of getting a refund when I just should get a replacement of both of those items.
