I love this key chain, because I frequently go to the gym. I put my gym bag in the locker room, and lock all my things before going to the jacuzzi. I no longer have to worry about loosing my padlock key because it is spiralled in my arm. Very inexpensive and comes in an assortment of colors in a pack of five. Excellent for the beach and the pool.

I used these for office keys and fobs, and for my personal keys. These feel comfortable on my wrist. I have a very petite wrist, but these stay up on my wrist, yet accommodating enough for larger wrists because they don't squeeze. They are lightweight and as long you have a few keys and/of fobs on it, it won't droop and get weighed down. I also like the colors, especially blue because that makes my keys more visible inside my bag.

Pen+Gear Spiral Key Chains 6Ct, has many uses. Of course the obvious use as a key chain, but these plastic chains can also be used for badges worn around the wrist or upper arm. These can be used for flash cards, recipe cards, just punch a hole through the corner of the card and loop through ring. You can then hang in an easy to find place. I plan to color code keys belonging to parent's house, garage, etc. I gave these chains four stars because I noticed one has already started to kink a bit. Other than that great product.
