Nice to have extra, if you follow the directions it will do what it says it will do! I grew up with Peptp Bismal in my Mother's medicine cabinet, which she used on her, my Dad %26 4 kids! When I set up my home, Pepto Bismal has always been in my medicine cabinet too!!!!

Pepto has always been reliable, and the Pepto ULTRA is even MORE reliable, being a stronger version of the tummy helper that you can always count on! I always keep this in the cupboard because, I can pretty much bet that the occasion when I did NOT have it available would be THAT instance when I most wished I DID have it in the cupboard!

Yeah, it's definitely not a magic fix, but it does take the edge off when I'm feeling rough. I only reach for it when I'm really stuck and can't get to a bathroom. It's more of a "hold me over" kind of thing for me. Gets the job done in a pinch, though. Definitely a lifesaver when you need it most.

I haven't have a stomach ache in a long time with cramps and pain and I got the Pepto-Bismol today and it alleviated the pain from the cramping. I highly recommend having this in your home. It really eliminated the pain I was going through. I haven't had to use anything like this in years and it really works

The tiny tablets out there won't get the job done to give an adult the relief desired. Liquid is the ideal solution and provides the immediate relief necessary.

We don't need to use it often, but when we do it works really well. There are lots of store brand products that work for us, but when it comes to " relief" the Pepto Bismol is the best.

Can't live without this product. I always keep a bottle in the medicine cabinet. Fast relief. I've been using this for many, many, many years! Works great!

This is a fine product. It was easy to order from Walmart and it was less expensive than the identical product listed on Amazon. The delivery was exactly as promised I will have no problem ordering this product again from Walmart

Pepto Bismol is effective in the regular formulation and this Ultra did not work for me. Regular Pepto Bismol works great by itself but this new product made me feel worse. I wish manufacturers would just leave products alone when there's no room for improvement!
