Absolute lifesaver for smoking meats! A must have if you are doing large cuts like brisket or pork roasts. This allows you to get past the dreaded stall, while keeping your meat moist and making it tender. The quality is fantastic, and I love the cutter on the box. When I get halfway, I always get a spare, because I have run out before mid-smoking and that was not something I ever wanna do again!

The Reynolds Kitchens Pink Butcher Paper is fantastic for BBQ lovers and food prep enthusiasts. The roll provides plenty of paper for wrapping briskets, ribs, and other meats while allowing them to breathe for that perfect bark. I used it for freezer wrap and am satisfied as to the quality.

Use to smoke meat

I needed a wrap solution for items like breakfast burritos and breakfast sandwiches in my freezer that would only be in the freezer for a week or 2. I also needed it to be microwave friendly. This is plastic free and microwave friendly. It works perfectly. The only issue I have is that it is sometimes a little tricky to get under the sliding cutter on the box. It's almost like it's a millimeter or 2 off. It isn't a deal breaker by any means, it just requires a little finagling at times. Also, it smells like a wet brown paper bag when it's microwaved but doesn't affect the flavor of whatever is inside.

Used this and my Brisket was ruined, not the papers fault, but my own. Paper probably worked good, but my Brisket was so bad it burned the paper onto the skin of the paper.. Waste of 15lbs of meat.. Had to lather my meat with BBQ sauce to have it be enjoyed even a little bit. Like I said, paper worked good.
