Reynolds Cut-Rite Wax Paper, 75 Square Feet

Wax paper is perfect for lining cake pans without adding shortning and four. Lay a piece of paper in bottom of pan, lightly run a dull edge knife on paper along bottom crease in pan and cut the circle. PERFECT! Individual foil pieces are great size and convenient for singles or couples when wrapping meat or meal serving sizes to freeze.

Maybe I'm old fashioned . . . I'm certainly old! But Cut-Rite was the waxed paper I grew up with and it has stood the test of time. It's the only one I buy. It simply does not contaminate the things I make on it, handles exactly the way it always has--creases well, stays closed if you make a package of it. And you know, unwrapping a sandwich from its waxed paper is a kind of childhood memory--before plastic bags, when Mom made the sandwich and put it in my lunchbox for me. It's great!

This wax paper has been in my kitchen for over 40 years! I wrap sandwiches before putting into a plastic bag. The paper is great for cooking potatoes in the microwave. Wrap an onion that has been cut in this paper before putting in a bag for later use. Use a piece to cover a bowl or plate during microwave cooking. Having this with the other wraps in the kitchen is very useful.

Use it to keep Hamburg patties separate in freezer. I use it for pounding chicken or steak into thinner pieces. Lining pans for non stick. So many things! it is just easier to tear off the roll and not fight the clingy properties of the other wraps. Try it!!

This is easy to handle with a sharp cutting edge. I use it to press hamburgers, roll pastry crust, fast wrap a sandwich the old-fashioned way. So many uses to protect your counter tops. Best use... wash and wrap a potato for microwave baking.. about 5-6 mins. Shuck fresh corn on the cob, wrap in wax paper, (roll it in wax paper and twist the ends), then microwave for 2-3 mins. Yummy!

First, this not for oven or air fryer use! It is WAXED paper, not parchment paper. It will melt and possibly catch fire. Years ago, we used it for wrapping sandwiches for lunch and I still use it for rolling out pie crust or dumplings. I have been making soft baked cookies for years and use this waxed paper on my wooden cutting board and place my baked cookies on it to cool. The cookies turn out soft but don't crack or crumble. Second, using it on your cutting board leaves a waxy film, that conditions your board. You can crumple it up and wipe a stuck zipper with it It can be crumpled up and used to help loosen stuck drawers and windows. Just wipe it on the track or groove of the window or drawer.

I have always purchased the Reynold's Kitchens wax paper. It's a staple in our house. I have tried the other brands and was happy with those but it seems Reynolds was a little better quality so it's my go-to. I've had no sticking when using so it holds up it's claims well!

I keep wax paper in the kitchen as a way to keep messes contained when I'm doing prep, to separate soft cheese before freezing, and just keeping anything I want to freeze in it's own wrapper, so I can pull out just 1 piece (like a piece of cake), and keep it wrapped in the fridge until ready to eat

Good quality wax paper that does exactly what it's supposed to do. Easy to tear, doesn't stick together in the box, and works great for food prep, separating items, or wrapping snacks. Nice to always have around the kitchen, and the 75 sq. ft. roll lasts a pretty long time.

Back in the day, as the old folks would say, Cut-Rite Wax paper was the paper to use to keep baked goods from sticking to the pan. I find the cut-rite wax paper at the time was thin and contained very little wax, which caused the product to stick to your baked items and make it difficult to remove.
