This stuff works great for my hubby. Sadly I've got a stronger medication tolerance so it doesn't work for me. If you're having occasional issues this will work for you but if you've taken medication stronger than this then this will not work for you. I also bought him Great Value Melatonin Gummies so he takes 1 of these n 2 gummies n sleeps like a baby.

This was helpful! It aids me with sleep! I'm so sad it did not have more capsules in it, I really do adore this, I take these and suddenly after a while, I'm getting tired. And it doesn't feel as forced as certain other capsules, I really enjoy this. Plan to buy again! Highly suggest!

Inexpensive and effective for short term sleeplessness.. I had to take a medication for thirty days that had a side effect of insomnia. This worked well for me.

I have a hard time falling asleep and this does help me. It takes a little while for it to take effect, about forty-five minutes to an hour, but it does help.
