I have been using these screen protectors for years. I don't know if they would save a phone dropped on rocks, but they have saved mine from being scratched numerous times. My phone was even run over by my friend's truck one night. The screen protector was a total loss, but the actual screen didn't get a scratch. That's a heck of a recommendation right there. :)

The screen protector has, so far, protected the phone it was placed on. It was placed about 10 days ago. The protector requires a very steady hand to place it because of it's precise dimensions. My husband placed it slightly (millimeters) to the right of center. When the phone case is put on, the case pushes the protector's edge just enough to make a gap/bubble along the whole length of the phone. All attempts to remedy this problem have failed. Otherwise, the product is satisfactory.
