Was hesitant to be a phone case without seeing material up close, this phone case is made of a super hard rubber while being flexable. I have droped it several times and no cracks on case, screen protector or on the phone. I will not buy a plastic otter box again.

Best case on the market
This is the 2nd UAG case i've bought and is better than the first one which lasted for over 5 years with no issues and lots of protection for my phone. They're well designed, well built and a must for your phone if you want the best protection on the market.

Took too long to arrive, didn't warn that delivery fee is collect.
Product quality is okay, its the online purchase and shipping that is a pain. Took just too long. ~31 days

Not delivered
I was expecting a great experience from the best case brand I know but they have not fulfilled their promise. My order did not come and I am still waiting for the refund.. Switched to Otterbox and Speck. Better value for the money and great experience
