Well I have a plain brown box delivered in an out of the way place. The outside of the box has no indication of the origin or contents. A weird "relabel" FedEx, and other fedex address stickers. Cutting open the box, I spread the outer liner to peer inside. Liquid droplets are scattered within. There are two interior bags that contain what might be four quarts bottles of liquid. I haven't ordered anything in quarts. Gripping the edge of the bag to lift it high enough to see the label was a mistake. My hand is burning. Flushing with tap water for a few minutes. Soaking in 5% white vinegar, probably insufficient. Where is the MSDS sheet. My forehead is tingling did I touch my head? From the top view both internal bags have liquid pooling in the base, at least one container sidewall is dented. What ever happened to packing slips and up arrows on boxes that contain liquids. The box has been closed so no other unsuspecting people might get burned. It looks like the thin outer bag has liquid on it as well as pooling in the interior bags, a dent or deformation to at least one of the bottles but because there is liquid in the second bag something is compromised in there. I'll glove up and manage this mess later.

Just a few weeks ago I was purchasing this product for almost half the cost from Walmart.com I'm very disappointed in the excessive price increase and will be seeking other sources.
