Excellent for chemical free plastic type materials. Sppons %26 knives are very sturdy. Forks just a lil less sturdy.

Love the utensils are compostable. I bought them for easy camp clean up, but do not want to be creating a lot of waste. This is a greener option. Price could always be better, but acceptable for what I really wanted.

You might think compostable means weak or flimsy, but not so with these utensils. They are quite durable. I will order again for sure.

It's true that the forks are pretty weak. But, I would expect that from any plastic cutlery. These provide the same quality as plastic without damaging the environment. I'll take it.

I had high hopes that these compostable utensils would be better than the plastic ones I had been buying. These are "all natural Corn made", and "No plastic silverware set ensuring environmental friendliness by BPI certification." So, I felt better about buying this set, but my experience has been slightly less than positive. You have to be careful to place a finger up higher on the fork when getting a bite of some or the fork will bend at its weakest point, directly behind the little star decoration under the tines. The fork's tines will get soft and saggy if exposed to something too hot. The knife is ever so slightly longer than others that I have bought, but the serrations are so small that the knife actually tears instead of cutting, but only if you press hard enough. The spoon has a nice deep well that can hold a lot but be careful scooping something thick and heavy like peanut butter as it also has a very weak, narrow point directly under the bowl of the spoon. I suppose these are not bad as long as you don't have anything too heavy or needs to be cut with a knife. Personally, I won't be buying these again.

I will not reorder this product. I do not care for the design structure of the forks. There is a raised bar in the middle of the fork that makes it awkward to eat from. Not sure about the spoon %26 knife. The word compostable caught my attention %26 I think I thought it meant it was a more ecological product. Quality is less than I would like.
