This used to be a good, cheaper alternative to name brand cat litter. But in the past month or so the formula has changed greatly and it is so dusty. There are literal clouds of dust when you pour it into the litter box. Because of the cost I was going to try to use it but one of my cats has asthma and I. Not sure I will be able to because of the dust. Too bad you ruined a great cost effective product.

The newest is awful . When they changed the container with a larger lid. They changed the quality of this litter So much dust and large clumps of clay rock This should be the part that they throw out or sale at the dollar store So disappointing I called costumer service also. She said she will report to quality We will see probably not

My cat is very picky about cat litter. Special Kitty has been my go to for several years, but the last jug I purchased is HORRIBLE! It is much more coarse, and the dust is ridiculous. Everything within five feet of the littler box is covered in dust. I will be looking for a new litter.

I have been buying this litter for years and now need to switch. It used to be ok, especially for the price, but my last 2 orders, the litter now seems to be all dust. It doesn't clump nearly as good as it used to. It just appears to be all clay powder/dust. The dust is now all over the rooms with the litter boxes. I'm sad that something has changed with this litter and there is nothing to indicate that a change was made. I recently bought a store brand litter from a different store and it was much better quality than this one is now. Night and day difference. I can't recommend this litter unless they decide to go back to something that works and isn't so dusty.

I'm very very disappointed in this product it says it's 99.9% dust free which is a lie there is nothing but a crap load of dust and two why in the heck does it come from clear to California when we have a Walmart right here and a distribution center where I live I will not be getting this no more I'm very disappointed I've got a lot of dust around the house because of this stupid cat litter that claims it's 99.9% death free bull crap I am very disappointed and very upset it is causing my cat's asthma to act up she never had asthma before but now because of this stupid litter I am upset

Just like the new 45lb boxes, the 20lb containers contain the new litter... and it's absolutely rubbish. Don't believe the "99% dust free" lie. The dust cloud was ridiculous, and it caused the cats to, quite literally, run from it. The little individual pieces of thy litter itself is NOT what it used to be. They're significantly larger and resemble regular clay litter. Clumping is pretty good, but that's a moot point, because the pieces are collectively too big to sift easily, so you spend twice the time you usually do in that department. It's like they mixed regular clay litter with the original formula scoopable/clumping litter. Ridiculous. Read the room (and reviews), Walmart! Your new litter sucks, and people will stop buying it. Whoever has the idea to change this stuff should have been fired yesterday!

I’m a Walmart member I spent over 200 Dollars a month on this kitty litter and somehow they have gotten clay litter mixed up with the scoopable stuff and it’s horrible and I’ve gone to that half of January so far all this month they need to get that fixed and I even called the one 800 number my cats hate it and I have 12

This used to be my favorite litter and I would go out of my way to stick with it. They appear to have recently changed the formula. It no longer clumps well, it is not as fine, doesn't smell as good, and does not last long at all. It creates a LOT more dust than it used to. They also raised the price for a product that is not even close to the same quality.

This was a substitution for my regular order. The smell is like going into a service garage and smelling old oil. the dust is horrible. I didn't even adda lot to my cat box. I did not even use it till i had totally cleaned and washed the cats litter box. I mixed with my other and went to clean this morning and you could actually see the cloud of dust . This is VERY DANGEROUS to the cat's respiratory system and to mine actually. This should be taken off the shelves. NOT A GOOD PURCHASE do not waste your money on this product .

This litter will give you respiratory issues. I have used this before and it was not this bad. So after a long time I bought this again. It turned out extremely dusty and I had to wear a mask to clean the litter box. Don't buy this if you have other choices. It will make a big cloud of dust even when scooping and was coming right at my face. Not gonna use again!!!
