3M Scotch Self-Sticking Strong Adhesion Mounting Tapes, 1" x 50"

This was EXACTLY the tape I was hunting for. I made one order from a different supplier and the size was not equivalent to what I needed. It arrived on time and in great condition.

I work as a school principal in the Kansas City Missouri School District. The building I am assigned to is 100 years old. No other product even comes close to holding heavy weight posters and other display materials on the plaster walls. The building is not air conditioned so when it is hot other products fail to work. The Scotch Brand Mounting Tape is second to none. I share it with most of my teachers to mount their work too. Our 100th birthday party will be on the 100th day of school and Ione of my wishes would be to have 100 tolls of mounting tape so we can continue to display student work and posters proudly for the next 100 years. I am a homeschool mother of 3. While decorating our schoolroom with posters, Alphabet letters, numbers, etc.. I discovered scotch brand mounting tape, but not before I had wasted money on another brand that was a little less expensive. I will never make that mistake again. This product is so worth the few cents extra!! I can peel the tape off without tearing my wall, unlike the other brand. The mounting tape is super secure!! I love this tape. I use it for all sorts of things.

Easy to put up my jigsaw puzzles and it really sticks to the wall without damaging the wall. Great product.

i really like the tape but it has a few problems like getting it off a surface as it sticks real fast,also getting the cover of the other side can be tricky as it keeps sticking to you also if you leave it to long in the packet it drys out and when you go to use it ,it brakes or you can't peel it..

KEEP IN MIND THAT TO HOLD 10LBS YOU MUST USE THE ENTIRE ROLL! No a little piece will not hold something that is 10lbs lol! Just thought I should clarify. I used the roll to hang up to long mirrors approximately 2lbs each. They're still up after 2 months.

I used this product on several walls in my apartment to hold up photos and posters because it said "great for paint" and it held them strongly for over a year! Unfortunately, when I needed to remove them to move out there is no way to take them off without ripping the paint off. I would NOT recommend for renters.

Holds well, just advertised incorrectly. Says 55" in length. That might be true, but the last 3 inches cannot be removed from roll! I needed 55 inches. I bought 55 inches. I got 52 inches.

Haven't even had a chance to use it!!!! You people need to give consumers time to actually use a product before you expect a review!
