I was told to start taking more calcium because my bone density test came back "bad." I've started taking these, they are easy to swollow and don't taste like anything. I will have to come back after my next dr. visit to give a better review on their effectiveness.

I wish there were a little cheaper, but I need them to swallow and they're so easy that I don't forget to take them. Everything Everything in a capsule, practical and fast. Yes it works! My blood tests already show normal levels of vitamin D and calcium. It does not cause gastritis or gases, the number of grams of these capsules is absorbed very well by the body. Highly recommended.

as we all know, calcium pills are huge and with the new findings, vit K is recommended. this formula is small, easy to swallow with both Vit D and Vit K plus Bonus B12. Win, Win for me because I was taking a separate B12.

Very easy to swallow however, the second day I felt kind of fatigue so I'm not sure how this is going to work maybe the concentration of the vitamins are not all the same.

The shape is a painful swallow. I swallow much larger fish oil capsules and have used much larger calcium tablets than these. The size is not the problem. It's the shape. Their multivitamin is the same size and shape and it hurts also. In addition, this supplement really upsets my stomach. Works like strong laxative. Need I say more?

Be careful with this product. There is an oily substance in the capsule. I contacted the company and was told to contact Walmart. Walmart will not know what is in Beworth ingredients. Hopefully it's nothing harmful but the lack of transparency when labeling their ingredients is worth scrutiny. Normally there are other added ingredients in supplements. Just be honest about it so that customers can make an educated decision on wether not to buy. Not to mention the FDA issued a warning and banned other products from this company.
