I like these because they don't contain magnesium stearate. These are excellent for the heart and a must. I'll continue to buy these for those reasons. I feel like they're making me more healthy and feel better. Heart disease runs in my family so I'm nipping it that in the bud before I have problems. I also take that with Omega-3 supplements. I plan on using extra virgin olive oil as well. If that will prevent heart problems and a stroke, it's well worth it. At least I know I'm trying to protect myself with the best products.

Some of these CoQ10 tablets are like trying to swallow a vehicle, so I prefer these because they're just as effective but considerably smaller and they don't give me heartburn

They are large, so if taking large pills makes a difference I would keep looking. They did go down very well because of the coating makes them very slippery.

Dr Oz recommended dosage of 100 mg but he passed away. So I upped mine to 200 mg. Hope I'm doing the right thing. They're hard to swallow cause they are too big. I don't know about chewing. The B-12 smell a lot better

this is a good product that replaces needed nutrients removed by statin drugs. I have been taking it for a month I used up a whole bottle of 300 mg. I do feel better and I will continue to use it!

It's fine so far, but I do have a major complaint. I understand why, on products with THC in them, the total amount of THC in the container is shown in very visible text. It's confusing, but I understand that legally they have to do it that way. This product, CoQ10, does not have legal requirements like that, so why the heck does it say 200mg on the bottle? That's the serving size, yes, but the serving size is 2 capsules! We bought this because all three of us are taking it, and it seemed like an extra good deal because it seemed from the text on the bottle that one capsule was 200mg. The label needs to be adjusted, to make either the serving size or the amount per capsule MUCH more obvious. My mom's been taking only 100mg a day for over a week and finally wondered why she felt so stupid compared to the previous brand we were taking.

I ordered gummies I thought and got soft gels. it said not to chew or crushed so I swallowed it and it got hung in my throat. I had to go to my neighbors to get Heimic maneuver. it feels a little better but my voice is horrible and my breathing's not completely bad. I don't think I may have to go to the emergency room. this is been one of the most traumatizing moments ever not to be able to gag it up. I will never take another one. sorry for the low reading but I can't tell how anything works because I wasn't allowed to use them properly.

The lable is deliberately deceptive. It says 200 mg but they are only 100 mg per softgel. Some brands are showing the dosage per serving on the front of the bottle but they put the words "per serving" on the front of the package. This company hides it in the dosage instructions which are not available on the website.
